Cancellation policy:
Cancellations We require 48-hour notice for penalty free cancellation of appointments. Clients can cancel appointments by calling me or texting me at 830-261-8204, or by leaving a voicemail if not during salon hours. Clients cancelling appointments with less than 48-hour notice will be charged a late cancellation fee. Late arrivals, I ask clients to text me at 830-261-8204 if they will be late arriving for their appointment. Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply. No Shows -if a client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be subject to pay the full amount of the base menu price. Clients who No Show on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services that they would like to schedule.
