I’m so looking forward to having you in my chair! I want you to feel comfortable and taken care of from the moment you arrive. Below are a few helpful details to know before your appointment so you can settle in, relax, and enjoy your time in my studio.
APPOINTMENT PREP:
If you’re receiving a color service, please arrive with clean, dry hair. Dry shampoo and root touch-up sprays can interfere with the coloring process, so please avoid using them before your appointment.
I love documenting my work and may take photos or video of your hair during or after your service. A solid-colored shirt photographs beautifully and helps keep the focus on your hair — and feel free to bring your favorite lip gloss for those finishing touches!
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
When you arrive, please make yourself comfortable in the common waiting area. I’ll come out to greet you as soon as I’m ready for your appointment.
PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, check, and Zelle are accepted forms of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you’re running late, please text me as soon as possible. Depending on the time remaining, your service may need to be adjusted while the original service price still applies. I understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances come up. Thank you for respecting my time and the time reserved for your appointment.
STUDIO POLICY: To maintain a comfortable and relaxing salon environment, and due to the limited space in my studio, please make arrangements for children prior to your appointment. I’m unable to accommodate children in the studio. Thank you for understanding and respecting my studio space.
